Funday 08

The FUNDAY is held once a year. It is a change from the weekly Saturday training. All members are split over two sessions U10 or U12, U14 and U16 combined.

Various stations are located around the sports hall. These are designed to test sporting accuracy, agility and endurance.

Each station lasts for one minute. During this time they have to complete the task as many times as possible giving a total score which is

Calculated by an Atoms coach or helper.

The individuals scores for all stations are added together to give a grand score. This decides who wins the medals for first second and third positions.

The Mums play the under 12s.

Then the Dads & Coaches then play the U16s.
